LaShon Moton has spent more than twenty years in healthcare as a licensed practical nurse — teaching patients how to manage their medications, explaining what a diagnosis means to a frightened family, and watching how quickly confidence erodes when instructions arrive in language no one can use.
That clinical foundation is paired with graduate education in healthcare administration and ongoing doctoral studies in educational leadership.
